If the countdown and Go To Party buttons do not show up for you:
- Walk your pet into another room. If that doesn't work, turn on your phone, select the color zone where the party is taking place (it's on your invitation), and walk your pet into another room again.
- Check the kinz time of the clock in your dock. If it's behind, log out and back in again and repeat the steps above.
- If that doesn't work. Log out, cear your cache, restart your browser, and try again.
- If that doesn't work, stay put in your room for six full minutes and see if a button appears. You may have been invited to a "regular" party that takes place in a user's room. For these parties, the "Go To Party" button will only appear at certain intervals throughout the party. Read more here: How "Regular" Party Packs differ from "Room" Party Packs
- If nothing above works, and it's during Ganz's business hours, call Webkinz Customer Service (1 866-WEBKINZ) DURING the party time if possible. They might be able to log into your account and see what the problem is.
